All intellectual property rights in the CLOX.AI platform, including our AI models, software, algorithms, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of CLOX.AI. You retain ownership of your documents and data, granting us a limited license to process them as necessary to provide our services.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

CLOX.AI provides fraud detection and document intelligence services as tools to assist your business operations. While our AI models are highly accurate, they are not infallible. You are responsible for making final decisions based on our analysis. We are not liable for any losses resulting from fraudulent documents that our system may not detect or false positives in our fraud detection.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
